This is the TN Real Estate Commission-approved and required CORE course, which all REALTOR members must take once each licensing period. CWTAR requires that all grandfathered brokers take a CORE course or the Brokers CORE course once every two years. 6 hours of CE credit plus lunch. Instructor: Buffy Creekmore. With the new TREC changes, all brokers managing real estate agents in their offices are required to take a CORE course once each licensing period. Grandfathered status no longer applies.
