The Great Choice Mortgage program is the premier option for TN Housing (THDA). Learn the ins and outs of the program, its limitations, and qualifications. Also, this is the course you complete to appear on the THDA site as a THDA-approved REALTOR. In-person at CWTAR. 4 hours of CE credit.
