The course provides a general overview of the Group Errors and Omissions Policy issued by Continental Casualty Company related to coverage and limits, a discussion of the policy exclusions, instruction on how and when to file a claim, and some tips and techniques for risk management and to provide for a stronger defense in the event of a claim. Please note the course is 2 hours and is approved for CE credit as such.
