It is a motivational, upbeat educational session with an emphasis on setting goals correctly, efficiently managing time and how important both things are to obtaining success in your real estate career. This course will give you the resources to balance your business life with quality time for family and recreation, while improving your customer service. The attendee will be able to identify the elements of a goal and review the steps necessary to set goals properly. The attendee will learn that priority setting is the premier time management component. The attendee will earn the difference between setting tasks & completing goals. The attendee will review time management techniques for life management results. The attendee will examine the different types of goals and how important it is to structure them properly. The attendee will identify tools that are required to yield efficient systems for running a better business and personal life. This is a face-paced, fun and enjoyable yet informative and educational session. Designed to train, educate and motivate those in attendance to set goals properly, create focus by having goals, manage their time better and generate excitement for giving superior customer service.
