Description
This course, in conjunction with Chicago Title, will address how marriage and divorce affect property title and ownership. You will learn to identify red flags and understand common issues in concurrent ownership. It will also teach you the questions to ask when negotiating a contract for property vested in an estate, as well as the various ways property can be vested. Additionally, it will also focus on how to prevent and resolve problems related to title issues for manufactured housing and mobile homes.
