It is an important, yet motivational, upbeat and informative educational session designed for agents with an emphasis on understanding the future ramifications of the NAR settlement, MLS changes, pending DOJ appeal process and real estate company’s necessary changes to how agents/ firms will do business going forward. Reviewing current business practices, examining key issues in the lawsuits / settlement, getting a better understanding of what’s next, setting goals and implementing policies/ procedures for future business success are all important to servicing our clients and making homeownership a reality. This course will share the available resources to help you make the adjustments to maintain a happy client base and viable business. • The attendees will be updated on the latest lawsuits currently affecting the associations, real estate companies, NAR and MLS’s. • The attendees will examine the history of how “agency” has changed and what types of representation will dominate in the future. • The attendees will review the components of the NAR settlement and how they affect business practices today and what it will look like going forward. • The attendees will be explained to how the conversation about compensation will look and sound differently in future transactions for both buyers and sellers • The attendees will review what’s next.
