About

Kim is a real estate investor full-time Realtor with Town & Country Realtors. Born & raised in Humboldt, she moved to Jackson in 1989 and has called it home ever since. She comes from a family full of real estate developers, so the business is second nature to her. She’s been in real estate for over 5 years and recently moved to Town & Country to further grow her career. She specializes in both residential and commercial real estate, using her experience in the latter to help her best serve her clients.  

Kim loves to help people and make them feel known. Following her father’s advice, she’s been able to make meaningful connections and expand her network with people in all different areas of life. She comes from a background in trucking & transportation, warehousing, being a locator for the Dollar General corporation, and served as a maintenance manager for hundreds of thousands of square feet worth of commercial property. 

In her spare time, she is heavily involved with the Star Center, as she helps put together and host the Flint Cox Invitational Golf Tournament. She’s also playing a key role on the advisory board for growing Friends of Heart, a local nonprofit that is currently training people to use AEDs and test children over 12 in the schools *that are in sports) for heart issues. She also loves to entertain at her home!
