Hello there! My name is Chyna Espinal and I'm originally from Louisville, Kentucky. I graduated from Westview and then went on to earn a BA in Communication from the University of Tennessee at Martin. After graduation, I pursued a career in sales with the goal of working in radio sales. However, I quickly realized that my true passion was helping others and making a positive impact, which led me to my current role as an LMS Administration professional for a company based in Coral Gables, Florida.

Despite my official title, I spend most of my time as a Realtor, helping people find their dream homes or make wise property investments. I have a diverse range of clients, from first-time buyers to Veterans to business owners. I go by "The Tennessee Agent, Chyna Espinal" in the world of real estate.

Family is very important to me. My husband Marvin is my rock, and my daughter K'Mariyah is a talented colorguard performer and student. When I'm not working or spending time with my family, I enjoy writing, traveling, exploring new cultures, and trying new foods.
