Before selecting your membership type below, please read this carefully — it’ll save you time and help us serve you better.

We’ll walk you through the accurate prorated fees, help you choose the correct membership type, and answer any questions you may have.
💡 Important: The pricing options below are estimates only and do not include prorated dues or required onboarding steps. Your credit card will NOT be charged when you complete this form.
📍Two Required In-Person Sessions
To finalize your membership and MLS access, you’ll need to attend two mandatory in-person sessions:
- Membership Onboarding Meeting – A brief meeting to review your fees, responsibilities, and important association info.
- New Member Orientation – A full day of training required by the Central West Tennessee Association of REALTORS®, per our rules and bylaws.
(Orientation is scheduled every other month — please call for the next available date.)
