Please help us host Mr. Robert Jones, HM FM&I Insurance Crew Leader with FEMA, and Jeremy Holley, State of TN NFIP office, for a 45-60 min. presentation covering all topics dealing with flooding. After two major flooding events in Tennessee within 12 months, this is a topic you'll want to know something about. Q&A session to follow. Topics that will be covered: Mandatory purchase, trasnfer or assignment of a policy, navigating flood insurance rate map (FIRM), map changes, letter of map change (LOMR-F) code enforcement and compliance, substantial damage, elevation certificates, obtain loss history, disclosure, create a flood insurance estimate, valuable contact information of floodplain officials in your community, community rating system and more.
