Description: Mortgage lending can be tough! There are many different loan programs available to borrowers. How do you know what loan choice is best for your client? We will break down various portfolio loan products to help you better understand when they are a true benefit to clients.


Portfolio Loan Financing is another creative way banks, credit unions, and mortgage lenders have to aide borrowers to finance various mortgage loans. These loan offerings are classified as a Non-Conforming Conventional loan product. They do not typically conform to agency standards like Fannie Mae (FNMA) and FHA loans do. Most of these offerings have underwriting requirements that are set per lender. They are typically created to meet a need within a local market/community. Generally, these loans are held by that lender and serviced by them locally. Loan products that can be offered include No or Low-Down Payment, Bridge, Construction, and Specialty Loans such as Medical Professional or Land Loans.

Description: The right financial tools can help you and your clients get on the path to financial strength and stay there through all of life’s challenges. Credit review, budgets, financial counseling, and money management tools help you or your clients achieve the best financial outcome. We can explain the importance of all these tools to move you forward on this financial journey.


Financial Wellness has become more in demand for many individuals wanting to improve their overall financial health and wellness. Participants will learn why financial wellness is important and how to achieve it. Topics like budgets, credit review, and saving will help teach participants how these are all intertwined together for a better outcome. Whether you are new to the financial world, or a long-term veteran of financial activity, we will supply tips that apply to anyone.



USDA Home Financing

Description: An often overlooked and/or misunderstood mortgage program, USDA home financing offers qualified homebuyers many unique advantages. With a practical understanding of USDA mortgage guidelines—including borrower, income, and property eligibility—course participants will be prepared to recognize program opportunities related to purchase clients and property listings.
